Return & Refund Policy

At FlexiClaw, we take pride in creating flexible, durable silicone claw clips designed to last. Because of the nature of our products, breakages are extremely rare. However, we still want you to feel confident shopping with us.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

  • A handling fee may be charged to cover the administration of returns for items that are not defective

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ve got you covered.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear photo or video showing the damage

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item at no additional cost


Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • A valid damage claim via email to flexiclaw.sa@gmail.com is submitted within 24 hours, including photo proof

  • The item is returned unused, in original packaging, and approved after inspection

Please note:

  • Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be broken or faulty

  • If you are unhappy with your product but it is not defective, we will offer store credit instead of a refund within the 7-day cooling-off period

  • The product must be returned in the same original condition and packaging within this period

  • A handling/administration fee may be deducted from store credit for non-defective returns

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Items without valid proof of damage (if claiming defect)

  • Requests made outside the specified return window


Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are unsatisfied with your product and your return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the product is damaged or faulty and your claim is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by us
